We recommend wearing comfortable clothing thats easy to take and on and off. 

Are your therapists certified?

Yes, our therapist is fully certified, insured and highly skilled in their practice. Attending regular up to date training sessions to constantly expand expertise.

How often should I get a massage?

The frequency of massage therapy depends on individual needs, but regular sessions can help maintain overall wellness.

A recommended treatment plan will be discussed prior / post massage.

Can Treatment be refused?

Yes. If any contradictions arise in the consultation carried out before treatment, service may be refused to ensure the client and therapists safety. The reason will be explained,  appropriate advise given and the chance to reschedule once resolved.
